Shipping Information

We offer very reasonable shipping that includes plenty of dry ice and a reusable, insulated cooler - a packaging combination that will insure your products arrive frozen and in excellent condition. We guarantee your product will arrive completely frozen or your money back!

Place your order before 1pm CST, and your package will be shipped that day, providing the order can arrive by the upcoming weekend.

Sushi Saver Shipping - Delivery of your package will occur 3 business days or less from the day of shipment. We do NOT ship perishable orders out over the weekend, as products will spoil. As a result, orders placed after Tuesday at 1pm CST may be held to ship until the following Monday. 

Two-Day Shipping -  Delivery of your package will occur 2 business days from the day of shipment. We do NOT ship perishable orders out over the weekend, as products will spoil. As a result, orders placed after Wednesday at 1pm CST may be held to ship until the following Monday.1

           1If Monday falls upon a FedEx shipping Holiday, order will be shipped on Tuesday when normal shipping operations resume.

To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. Sorry, we cannot deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, A.P.O., or F.P.O. addresses. We'll gladly deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers.


Due to import/export restrictions, we are unable to ship our products outside the United States.
