We are working hard to provide sustainable sushi choices to our customers. Our sustainable sushi is guaranteed to be either fished or farmed from sources that maintain or increase production in the future without jeopardizing the ecosystems from which it was acquired. Sustainable sushi is the alternative of overfishing, which overtime can reverse the effects of overfishing. For example, slow-growing fish that reproduce late in life, such as Bluefin Tuna, are quite vulnerable to overfishing. Sustainable seafood is not only important to conserve the ocean’s ecosystem, but also to preserve the quality of life for the human race.
