We offer a full line of frozen sushi grade fish and to make sushi at home. Our premium sushi fish is served in restaurants around the world and is considered of the highest quality. We ensure that our sushi fish is safe to be eaten raw by properly draining, icing, and storing the fish when caught. Once in our facility, we store the fish at -20C until shipment, the current FDA guidelines. Upon shipment, we package our sushi fish in Styrofoam insulated containers with enough dry ice to ensure all the sushi and sashimi remains frozen and safe to consume raw.
Currently, we offer ahi tuna (maguro), salmon sushi (sake), hamachi , eel sushi (unagi), vinegar-pickled and marinated mackerel (saba sushi), albacore tuna (shiro maguro), and butterfish (escolar). The sushi and sashimi in this category is extremely high quality and suitable for raw consumption. Our sushi fish is filleted and trimmed, with the bones removed, and is ready to be made into sushi or prepared as sashimi.
